The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a moderate distance from an art gallery. It was 5 minutes drive to the airport. The room with boiling water.

Well, it was a really nice stay which makes a huge difference on your vacation. The location was unbeatable and excellent, within a close distance from Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall. The restaurant was good and offered amazing dishes;)))

My room was spacious and had Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. The staff was affable, the bathroom was spacious. Its location very close to eateries and bars was good and magnificent.

Local meals, overall everything was excellent.

It's charming small hotel at a great price. It has very central location and close to a ferry port. Overall excellent food, plus there is Manne's Biergarten close by.

Property was perfect, with very very helpful staff and magnificent location close to the centre. Location: the hotel was short walk to a close restaurant and 5th Avenue where all parties happen. Had nice dainties at Cafeteria Ale Snack, located close to the property.

In the center of the city, very convenient. Excellent food, extremely spacious and soundproof room with comfortable bed and outside chair, for example.

The location was favourable next to a nightclub which played music until beyond 4 am. I enjoyed the Mexican-style building and extremely spacious room with hammock on the balcony. Friendly services were available.

my recent stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen exceeded my expectations. The cozy garden, comfortable bed, and friendly personnel made it a memorable experience. Even when the internet went down, the staff tried their best to help us stay connected using their personal hotspots. The location was perfect, close to the bus terminal, ferry terminal, beaches, and 5th Avenue.

I like availability of the staff and the hotel position in fact it is in the center but in a quiet area and near to the beach

Location of the hotel was excellent for seeing the town centre, and there were plenty of restraunts and bars within easy walking distance.

The included continental breakfast was very poor, without even any bread or toast.

Best aspects of my stay were the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available and went out of their way to assist me. The large bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, providing a fantastic night's sleep after a long day exploring the city.

The noise from nearby clubs was a major downside during my stay. Despite requesting a calm room, the noise made it difficult to sleep at night.

Overall an absolutely amazing stay which makes a huge difference on your vacation. Small hotel in a wonderful area close to the center of Playa del carmen and a new night club and pier for cozumel, beach, avenida. Soundproof room available with bedroom and hammock on the balcony, as for instance. Marvellous location, close to Skydive Playa Skydiving Center.

The ambiance of the hotel, the location, it's a quiet place and Wifi access for free.... that's a great place for this price. I recommend it.
